WebSocket Data
Test real-time data updates
What you will learn
- Use page.waitForEvent('websocket') to capture the WS handshake — assert on handshake first, then message flow
- WS frames can fragment under certain proxies — assert on the assembled payload, not individual frame events
- Test reconnect with exponential backoff — server close + client reconnect must resume, not duplicate, state
